On Good Friday my immersion stopped working. After calling numerous companies TP Electrical picked up. After a brief and concise explanation of what had happened TP Electrical thought it could help. A time was arranged and on that arranged time TP Electrical turned up. Throughout the time that TP Electrical were in my flat I was consulted every step of the way, asked my opinion and generally felt well informed on the process. In just over an hour TP Electrical had worked out what was wrong and my immersion was working again. Later in the day I received an email and a text about possible things that could be done if the immersion didn't make it though the night, how much spare parts would cost and other options I might have been unaware of. I cannot rate TP Electrical highly enough and would happily use again!
